Firstly, we read your website (not sure if you are a company...or if the person in the pictures is you - but if it is then I hope you are as understanding as you look). Your website Kent animal control described an exact problem we had. Mice in the walls. Scratching, running....1 mouse, maybe 2....honestly we were sick of it happening since months, and we even had a tree trimmer trim the leaves around the Kent animal control area. Continuing on, we found the following company: and I have to say this is one of the worst "professional" companies we have had the absolute abhorrent experience with after 30 years of owning our own business and knowing what good customer Kent pest control relations truly is. At your reputation and word by placing these amateurs on your website, we went ahead and scheduled an inspection. Firstly, our house is brand new and it is a model house (300K+). It is not rancid, dilapidated, hole-covered, Kent wildlife removal or anything of the sort. The problem we are having requires a TRUE professional - something which JOE at Animals MADE EASY is CLEARLY not. What this man and his "company" are , or should I say company run out of his own Kent wildlife removal house and exterminators making their living conning people and living out of their boats, is truly despicable.

We paid a hefty sum of $150 for them to come out. Now I myself value a dollar, but I suppose con-men have no limits and the sky is the limit. They come out into our home, do a simple walk-around of the property, and suddenly, like the professionals they are Kent animal trapping jump into our attic. Our house is BRAND new, there is NO rat droppings there, and as this company was our SECOND opinion (first person clearly stated there is no point for mice to be in the attic as there is no food or water...just shelter which is Kent animal trapping hardly that good enough), they generalized "you have mice." Um okay...so our insulation did not have heavy trails...maybe 1 or 2 holes, but please keep in mind the attic is towards the BACK of the house (not the front) - from where we hear noises in Kent exterminator our little son's walls, and the hallway...so in any case they say "Yep it could easily go from the attic all the way to the front" ...Funny part is we have no "openings" that they can even find - which begs the question of why its in our house, why Kent exterminator it's NOT dying, and lastly WHY I paid $150 .
