Ballard wildlife control tip of the month:
Hi David, We are hoping that you can help us solve a problem we have in our home. We live in a 2
story century home with a very high roof which Ballard animal control includes a dormer. Recently we had damage to our
refinished attic wall and ceiling of water dripping from heavy rains. We then had the roofers come
to give us an estimate on the repair of the roof Ballard animal control and they all say that we need a new roof due to the
wear and tear over the years. In the meantime we have heard noises in the attic behind the drywall and
now fear that squirrels could be living there. This attic is totally refinished with drywall, ceiling,
windows and carpeting-totally liveable for many years. In Ballard pest control addition to this we had the pest control person
have a look on the roof also to help us out. They say that see chew marks on the roof to indicate entry and
exit of squirrels. We never have seen squirrels on the Ballard pest control roof but we also just maybe have never been outside
at the time they entered or exited the house roof. I might add that 2 years ago we had a mice problem and
are not sure if they now are in the attic Ballard wildlife removal roof-walls. We also have not seen these either. We are now almost
in the month of November when our winter starts to be cold, and sometimes wet then gets worse from there until
spring which is in April and May. We do Ballard wildlife removal know that a new roof is mandatory, but the quote for the removal of the
squirrels is very high.
My question to you is the following: Could we wait until spring to have the roof done, then deal with the squirrel
removal when the babies are grown (if there are any) or do Ballard animal trapping we try to get the full new roof installation now (weather
pending for rain). After reading your article, i realize that there may be babies there now in a nest. Just how old
would they be . My guess from your article would be about Ballard animal trapping 8-12 weeks. I will add that the noises heard in the attic
wall are rare and a few times we heard them in the lower floor walls at 0300 a.m. Could you please comment on this
letter and give us some advise. We may have to Ballard exterminator wait anyway for the new roof until spring since the weather is so rainy
now. Thank you, Susan
Susan - As it's late October, the young squirrels, which were born in August, are essentially adults. They are adult
size in about 6 weeks. Thus, it's safe Ballard exterminator to do a squirrel removal now, without worry about young in a nest.
